Working directly with the jeweller enables you to create an individual piece taking into consideration your design and budget requirements.
You can collaborate with the jeweller throughout the creative process and share ideas that will give your item that special touch. Incorporating distinctive features into the design customises each piece to represent its owner or occasion makes it a truly unique item.
The end result is a piece that you can wear with pride knowing that there is no match.
When you consult directly with the jeweller, we can tell you what is and isn't achievable in the initial consultation.
Dealing directly with the jeweller can also verify the authenticity of your precious stones, the quality of your metal, how much time things will take and how much they will cost. This all happens in the initial consultation and there’s nobody setting unrealistic expectations for you piece or your budget.
Every new project involves a fresh and individual approach, where we listen to your ideas or what you want your piece to be (and usually break out the sketch-pad during consultations!).
The 'A' hallmark is the makers mark that bears the initial of its creator and acknowledges it as an individual artefact made by Anita.
The kangaroo hallmark represents Anita’s fellowship with the Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia. Anita is fellow #167.
The quality or metal mark, which is usually a number, refers to the material the jewellery piece is made with.
Guild Members’ names and marks are permanently recorded, they abide by set standards of material, their work is clearly identified as genuinely made in Australia, and the date of manufacture can be recorded.
The Guild’s principle aim is to promote the Guild Mark as a symbol of excellence.” – gsga.org.au
Anita is a fellow member #167 of the Guild.
